How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will be sent a confirmation email to track the status of your order. At checkout you will see an estimated delivery date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Feel free to contact us by email, so we can make changes. Once your order is under the "shipping" status, we cannot accept any changes.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes! When the shop is open for custom orders, you'll have an option on our website to pay in advance. Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to complete.
